Workation Italy 2022

In October 2022, our team went to Monte Isola in Italy for a week. There, we worked out our goals in joint workshops and conducted brainstorming sessions in which every idea was heard. Afterwards, leisure activities like hikes through the fantastic Italian landscape were on the itinerary. The combination of work and holiday brought us as a team even closer together. It is always worthwhile to work on a strong team spirit within the company.

Team building Passau 2022

Our team works completely remotely, which means we work where we want, when we want. It is therefore all the more important for us to come together for regular team-building measures, workations and co-working days. In May 2022, for example, we met in Passau. We worked together, got to know each other better, and grew together as a team. No matter where we are and where we work, strong cohesion is important to us – and that is no coincidence.
